"How To BMW" started out in 1999 as "Logun's Point" as a sub domain name on the Concentric ISP network.  I had just bought my 1st BMW & started doing things to it.  I would read up on the BMW forums & see some of the pictures & write ups there & thought that was pretty cool, plus very helpful.  I  wanted to be able to keep that info handy just in case I needed it later & I didn't trust a lot of the sites to be up for very long so I decided to make my own site, post my write ups & pictures there & any one else that might want to post good info & pictures.  The only rules were they had to be good write ups & had to have pictures with it. 

 As time proceeded & the site grew, the need for a top level domain name came into play & in 2001 "Logun.org" was established with Powweb.com hosting the new site.  In 2006 "Logun.org" needed to become more specialized & so the name was changed to "How To BMW" to become a more "legitimate" icon in the BMW "Do it yourself" internet community.
